100 Portrait Project
A COLLECTION OF OVER 100 IMAGES
The 100 Portrait Project was created in response to the isolation that often accompanies depression and mental health struggles.
More than 100 individuals shared personal experiences with mental illness, loss, recovery, resilience, and hope. Each portrait was paired with a story, creating a collection of voices united by a common message: no one should have to struggle alone.
Through portraiture and storytelling, the project sought to encourage conversation, reduce stigma, and remind others that healing often begins when we realize we are not the only ones carrying the weight of our struggles.
